Monaghan has an exciting range of activities to offer the visitor. There is something for everyone. You have the choice of an 18-hole golf course or pitch and putt both within a mile of the units. Rossmore Forest Park on the outskirts of the town is the ideal location for walking and also offers a variety of lakes for fishing. The Sliabh Beagh Mountain Range a mere 15 minute drive away is the perfect place to unwind, forget time and wallow in the beauty of the land with a variety of way marked walks across the mountain and on forest tracks and quiet roads.
Monaghan is centrally located for touring the North East and Northern Ireland with Ulster American Folk Park, Water world in Bundoran and Newgrange all within easy reach for a day out.

The Market House

The Market House holds arts events such as exhibitions, musical performances, readings, workshops and rehearsals. The Venue has seating for 90 people. The opening hours are from 12pm-5pm, Monday to Friday. Doors open at 8.30 on the nights of performances.
